You can put Keyboard shortcuts for desktop shortcuts.
Follow these steps :
1--> Right click on the shortcut.
2--> Go to properties.
3--> Click once on the "Shortcut Key" bar.
4--> Press any alphabet that you want to use as Shortcut Key.
5--> Press OK Now to open that shortcut,
6--> Press CTRL+ALT+"the alphabet".
